Made from a thin lightweight Polymer. I took a picture of my garden in bloom, then turned it into a kaleidoscope view. The edges are finished with light blue paint, has a pale lavendar jingle bell dangle and comes on an 18" purple ball chain. This piece is about 1 1/2" across. It is not waterproof.
